Multivision Videos …now playing on HSN and QVC

When asked to create compelling stories to help  television networks Home Shopping Network and QVC sell their merchandise,  Tampa based TBD Safety Corporation called on Multivision  to help in the task.

The goal here was to support the “on-air” talent with stories that showcase the products being offered by the broadcast sales networks nationwide.   Several new innovative products  were designed for safety and ease of access were showcased in a series of Multivision created videos shot over 4 days.

These short video segments were for everything from 911 access devices and new cell phones to automotive safety devices and were created to augment sales both on  air and on line.

Multivision Helps Aquinas Institute

Aquinas Institute of St. Louis, Missouri called on Multivision  to help tell the story of the Catholic graduate school.

The Dominican institute offers graduate level courses in theology  and Philosophy.   They also offer Masters and Ph.d programs in Divinity, Healthcare  Ministry and many other advanced  courses of study.

Multivision was asked to create multiple programs for fundraising  and recruitment.   The Multivision crew spent several days in St. Louis interviewing key administration faculty members, students and alumni to tell the story.

Multivision used drone shots of the campus, as well as shots of adjacent St. Louis University  to create a motivational and enticing picture of the Institute, its campus life and mission.

The finished production was  premiered at an award ceremony and Gala on November 7th.

Chamber Rhapsody presented at 2019 Goals Setting Impact Conference

This year we presented “Chamber Rhapsody” to celebrate the outgoing  Chairman Carlos Orta year as the Chambers leader. The Multivision team was  excited to re-enact the classic Queen Bohemian Rhapsody and started work on the music track in February (way before we normally embark on this project that runs in mid June).  We knew the music had to be on the mark or the whole piece would not work.

And thanks to Read Fasse and his music team it was “on the money”.

Singers and musicians were brought in to make the parody piece sound just like the original 1960’s Queen classic.  A shoot session at the chamber trustee luncheon in May on a green screen allowed many chamber members to be in the chorus of the video without even knowing what they were doing. We always keep this project a top secret.

A main video session was held at Multivision’s Coconut Grove studios.   I choose costumes that brought the band of Carlos Fernandez Guzman, Rocky Egusquiza and Art Noriega together with lead singer Carlos Orta. Everyone really got into it and we had so much fun.   As a total surprise to Carlos his mom Maria came to our studio and was featured in the video as part of the song.

Additional shoots were done at Multivision studios for other chorus parts, the GMCC offices and at the Rusty Pelican featuring other chamber members.  Special recognition to the whole production team Rene Borroto, Matt Leone, Scott Obrien, Ralph Fernandez, Alina Lopez, Read Fasse, Curtis Childs, Alexis Renee, Sebastian  Sanchez Isaia.  Music Lyrics, Narration and Direction by Bob Berkowitz.

Multivision Helps Client Win Contract

Multivision once again has been called in to help an infrastructure firm put together a presentation designed to win a large contract with Miami-Dade Water and Sewer.

The 20-minute presentation that helped secure the consulting contract for The Corradino Group relied on Multivision’s ability to explain their unique capabilities, expertise and approach.

Five video modules were created that showcased the client’s ideas and technical approach. These videos helped leave a lasting impression that had the ultimate desired result…. a win!

“Pitching contracts is becoming more of what we do,” says Bob Berkowitz, Multivision president. “We really help our clients present themselves in the best way and convince selection committees that they are right for the job.”

A big part of Multivision’s work includes rehearsing the team and staging the presentation to guarantee “the Perfect Pitch”!

A Tasty Project for Multivision – La Paella

We love doing shows about food and casual dining!  I wonder why?   And, when the food being prepared and filmed is as delicious as Paella-it really makes for a fun job.La Paella Counter

That was the case in our recent work for the fast casual restaurant concept-La Paella.  La Paella asked us to create a story that would help them market this “up and coming” Franchise restaurant model.  Today’s consumer  is ready for “La Paella”, an exciting re-interpretation of traditional Spanish dining–in a restaurant setting that is “warm and personal”.  It’s tradition rediscovered, and one that consumers will find satisfying and flavorful.

We were immediately sold on the idea of authentic Spanish recipes in an environment of vibrant colors –modern meets traditional.

We shot in our studio and in Grove Studio’s fabulous kitchen set and cooked the dishes to be photographed right on the spot.  Made to order Paella with  shrimp, mussels, squid, chicken and chorizo. Delicious Bocata sandwiches, tempting Tapas, soups and satisfying salads and desserts.  La Paella Restaurant will offer  the Fresh Spanish experience to a consumer hungry to get away from the ordinary.

Our team captured  the essence of old meets new  with clever photography and creative videography.  We also discusses the extensive training the La Paella team will undergo–comprehensive manuals, training programs and specs to make each restaurant successful and profitable.

Along with interviews with company founder J.D Sauer, Chef Eddie Estevez and famed restaurant marketer Tom Feltenstein- we helped get this great concept launched and got to sample some amazing dishes as a benefit.
